It was held in Bologna SVILUPPARTY 2022: the event, created by IPID, lasted three days with numerous guests and panels.
From the site IPID.dev: IPID is a non-partisan and non-profit organization that brings together individual video game developers, professionals and amateurs, and which works to support the valorisation of the productions of videogame realities in our country in terms of volumes and quality. To achieve this aim, the Association has built and maintains a network of contacts between developers to share projects, knowledge and experiences, proposes training and publication/distribution programs of its members’ products and, of course, guarantees the annual frequency of Svilupparty event in Bologna. Through membership you support the activities of the Association and the creation of Svilupparty.Not only do we contribute to the concrete organization of the event, but we share and promote its objectives: valorising the work of Italian video game developers, offering them visibility, a place to meet and discuss.

Friday 13 May – BOLOGNA GAME FARM @ SVILUPPARTY
On the second floor of Palazzo d’Accursio, a day entirely dedicated to video games! It will be held at Palazzo D’Accursio in Bologna, Piazza Maggiore 6 in the Farnese Chapel. The event is divided into two moments:
Bologna Game Farm, let’s play! – The morning will open with a panel on policies and actions for the video game sector in Emilia Romagna, to continue with the presentation of the 4 vertical slices of the winning video games of Bologna Game Farm: Spanky’s Bat-a-Swing, by Green Flamingo, Basket Party by Orbital games, Flagship by Magari and Gladiator’s Wheels by DreamBits Studio.
In the afternoon there will be Svilupparty INTRO, an overview of Italian video games, including success stories and new releases told by some of the best Italian dev teams.
Saturday 14 May – SVILUPPARTY
We continue to make it possible to exchange ideas, present your video games, create a network of contacts with professionals in the sector.
Svilupparty will take place on 14 May 2022 at the TPO (Teatro Polivante Occupato) in Bologna (Via C. Casarini, 17/5). During Svilupparty 2022 there will be the possibility to present your video game in a dedicated space and – if you like – on stage.
Sunday 15 May – SVILUPPART
In collaboration with Booming, SviluppART will bring artistic and experimental video games into the spotlight. Real artistic installations that you can admire in an exhibition at the DumBO Space, Via Camillo Casarini, 19 in Bologna.
